By placing the order with Conscious Catering Services LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms relate to the Healthy Meal Plans that are provided to you by Conscious catering services LLC and should be carefully read to avoid any misunderstanding.
Your food choices will be personalized, prepared and packed under supervision of our team and sent to you in a cooler bag with ice packs in chiller vans to maintain the utmost quality and meet the highest standards of safety.
The cooler bags along with ice packs should be returned on DAILY basis. For any unreturned bag/ ice pack, a restocking fee of AED25/bag and AED10/set of ice packs will apply.
Ownership & Risk-
The meal bags will be at your own risk from the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that your meals are accurately stored and reheated to 74°C. Once you receive the food, it should be kept refrigerated (max.5°C). Before consumption, dishes can be consumed cold or reheated according to the instructions mentioned on the container.
We require 48 hours’ notice to commence your healthy meal Delivery service along with your menu choices for the entire month. After the ﬁrst month, menu selection for the next month is also to be done in advance. Else, previous month menu choices selected will be applicable & delivered accordingly.
Food delivery will take place at the agreed location & time with customer service.
Occasionally, the food containers might get damaged during transportation and food quality may be compromised. In such instances, please do not consume the damaged meal; and contact customer service to assist you in the best possible way.
Prior Notifications –
Any changes with regards to delivery address, menu choices, delivery timing, and delivery dates including freezing and unfreezing of accounts has to be given within minimum 48 hours’ notice (2 working days). Any cancellations with notice of less than 48 hours, will be counted as a valid delivery.
For customers who travel a lot, an allowance of 60 days is given to consume all the deliveries, from the 1st day of delivery. Failure to do so will lead to the leftover deliveries considered as expired.
Payment should be done 48 hours (2 working days) IN ADVANCE
Payment to renew your subscription should also be done 48 hours (2 working days) prior to the ﬁrst delivery date of the following plan to ensure uninterrupted service, from our end. Otherwise, food delivery stops by the end of the ﬁrst plan and will only resume 48hrs after the payment has been made.
Payment can be done Online, by Cash or by Credit & Debit card at respective clinic locations.
Limitations & Liabilities:-
Nothing in these terms will limit or exclude the liability of a party which may be caused from negligence
We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from any series of events that are beyond our reasonable control
We will not be liable to a customer in respect of any business losses, such as loss or damage of profit, income, revenue, commercial opportunities or goodwill
Conscious catering services LLC reserves the right to offer special promotions on occasion with different terms and conditions than the ones stated above without prior notice.
Prices and menus may also be subject to change at our discretion, without prior notice.
Weight loss is not guaranteed and will vary for each client based on individual weight, metabolism, age, medical condition if any, activity level and commitment to the plan.
Food Allergy Disclaimer:-
Conscious catering services LLC makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies/in tolerances
Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we will remove dishes with possible allergen-containing ingredients based on a customer instructions and advice; however, there is always a small risk of contamination or an error in packing the food.
Consult with your Physician before beginning our meal deliveries and/or exercise program. Conscious catering services LLC makes no guarantees or medical claims or if you have not informed to the dietician during consultation about the medical condition that you may suffer from that need dietary modifications.
The content, products and services offered by or through our company is not intended for diagnosis, prevention, treatment, relief or cure for any medical condition.
In case of any food complaint, we request you to retain the food and inform the customer service in order to arrange its collection for further investigation.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Any customer using the website who are a minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
